Our church relies on the Holy Spirit and Christ alone for everything. We will rely on God to provide all of our needs.

Philippians 4:19  And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

 

We believe that your relationship with Christ is more important than what you give.

2 Corinthians 8:5 They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us.

 

Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

 

We believe that your giving is between you and God, and he wants you to give with joy.

2 Corinthians 9:7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

 

We believe God blesses those who give.

Malachi 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

 

Acts 20:35 It is more blessed to give than to receive.

 

We are thankful that you have taken the time to read what we believe about finances. We take offerings each Sunday in church to provide for the needs of the church and allow those who have been called by God to participate in that to bring their tithe to the Lord. There is no necessity for anyone to give aside from what the Lord would speak to you about tithes and offerings. If the Lord has called you to support the ministry of our church, we encourage you to bring your tithe on Sundays as a part of our worship together.
