We are excited that you are interested in requesting your next prayer time! Please fill out this form to request a Freedom Prayer time. Someone from our Freedom Prayer team will respond within two weeks.
This form is for people who have already had their first prayer time. If you haven't had a prayer time yet, use the form for first time prayer. When entering your email address below, please make sure it is correct as this will be our main form of communication.
Your answers are seen by our small Freedom Prayer intake team (comprising of three pastors) and the team scheduled to pray with you.
